Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We request a 24-hour cancellation notice to allow us to service other guests.
Late Arrival Policy
It is at the Service Provider’s discretion to accept late arrivals with the understanding that your services will end as originally scheduled. Guests arriving later than 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule.
Group Reservations Policy
For spa parties involving 5 or more people, we require a credit card number to book the services and reserve the date. A 50% fee will apply in the event of a cancellation of less than 24 hours for any or all services. Ask about our private conference room with views to the courtyard.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to allow for check in and relaxation time prior to your Spa services. We also ask that you turn off your mobile phones and pagers to maintain our peaceful ambiance. Upon arrival you will be escorted to the Locker Room where you will select your robe and sandals. Before your Spa services, please feel free to use the shower and, if your health permits, enjoy our Aromatherapy Steam Rooms.
Your safety and wellness are of great concern to us. If you are pregnant, have heart or circulatory problems, or have diabetes, please avoid all heat treatments such as steam and body wraps.
For your comfort, undergarments are optional during Spa body treatments. Disposables are available. Our Therapists are highly skilled in correct draping procedures and your modesty is our highest concern.
When you’re ready, you may adjourn to the Relaxation Room to complete our Client Information Form. Your Therapist or Aesthetician will review this form with you to discuss your services.
Clients are not permitted to bring in food or beverage.
Spa guests under the age of 17 are required to have written parental consent to receive services and must have a parent in the treatment room. Unless receiving services, children are not allowed on the Spa side. We do not provide any services for children under the age of five.
Gratuities are not included in any service or package. Gratuity envelopes are available at checkout and are held for the Service Providers until the end of the day.
Post Massage & Body Treatments
It is important that you drink plenty of water after a massage or body treatment in order to help flush out the toxins that can be released during massage. Failure to due so may result in Flu-like symptoms.
Product Return Policy, Service Redos and Refunds
Any product returned by a client must have a valid receipt. If a product is returned with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase, we will issue an "in-store credit" in the form of a Gift Certificate for the purchase amount plus sales tax. The Gift Certificate can be used for anything in the Spa. No refunds to credit cards.
