What can I expect when I get a massage?Upon arrival you will receive your locker key and be escorted to the Locker Room where you will select your robe and sandals. Before your Spa services, please feel free to use the shower and, if your health permits, enjoy our Aromatherapy Steam Room. For your comfort, undergarments are optional during Spa body treatments. Disposibles are available. Our Therapists are highly skilled in correct draping procedures and your modesty is our highest concern.

Do you offer prenatal massages?Yes. We may perform prenatal massages on our Mermaid water-filled table for extra comfort. However, depending on the stage of the pregnancy, the Therapist may perform your massage while resting on your side. |
What is the difference between your European Signature Facial and the Deep Cleansing Facial?The Deep Cleansing Facial includes gentle deep cleansing, relaxing massage, exfoliation, extractions when needed and a hydrating mask customized for your skin type.
The European Facial is the Ultimate in Resotrative Facials. The European Signature Facial adds to the Deep Cleansing Facial, giving you a hand treatment, additional neck and shoulder massaging, and a lip and eye treatment.

What is the difference between your Spa Pedicure and your Pedicure?The Pedicure includes shaping the nails, cuticle and callous care, light massage, and a polish.
Spa Pedicures are performed in our pipeless, massaging pedicure chairs. These “pipeless“ chairs are state-of-the-art for hygiene as all the water stays in the foot bowl (no pumps or piping under the chair). We clean and disinfect after every Client based on Texas Cosmetology rules. You'll be pampered with the Human Touch Massage System, a warm foot soak, polish removal (if needed), exofliation scrub of the feet and legs, a light massage with soothing stones, a mask, hot towel wrap, cuticle and callous care and finished with polished or buffed nails.

What is the difference between your Spa Manicure and your Manicure?The Manicure includes shaping the nails, cuticle care, light massage, and a polish.
Spa Manicures include polish removal (if needed) and hand soak, exfoliation scrub of the hands and arms, warm towel wraps, light massage of the hands and arms, cuticle care, paraffin dip and are finished with polished or buffed nails.

Do you offer any body treatements that smooth down the appearance of cellulite?Yes. We offer numerous treatments that lessen the appearance cellulite. Treatments include Pressotherapy, Vacuodermie, the Green Coffee Wrap, and the Targeted Cellulite Treatment. I received a gift certificate for one of your Spa packages, however I would like use it for different services. May I do so?Yes. Your gift certificate has a dollar value assigned to it and you may use that value towards any service and/or retail product.

What can I expect when I get Body Bronzing?
After an exfoliation of the body, your Therapist will apply our Body Bronzing treatment which gives you a natural tan that will be fully developed after a few hours. For your comfort, undergarments are optional during the treatment. Your tan will last approximately 7-10 days.
- Body Wraps and Body Bronzing should not be booked the same day due to the exfoliation part of Body Bronzing.
- Likewise, Body Bronzing should not be booked the same day as Waxing Services due to the fact that wax will remove the bronzing that has been applied to the body.
