To allow for check in and relaxation time prior to your services, please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. New guests will be asked to complete an information sheet and provide a brief medical history as required by law. Copies of these forms can be downloaded below so you may complete them before your arrival and bring them along.

We also ask that you turn off your cell phones and pagers to maintain our peaceful ambiance. Upon arrival, you will receive a robe, sandals, and a locker key for comfort during your visit.
